Instructions
Please make sure that you supply us with the correct IMEI number. The IMEI number consists of a 15 or 17 digit number found by dialing *#06# on your mobile phone or you can read it on a sticker under the battery. We only need the first 15 digits.
Place your order using the form above, your unlock code and easy to follow instructions will be sent to the email address you provide on the secure payment system. Unlock codes are usually dispatched within 1 hour, however in some cases it can take up to 3 days. You can check your order and processing time through our order tracking page, and you will also be informed by email as soon as the unlock code is available.
NOTE: Remote unlock by IMEI is not supported on default ROM firmware from Japanese Operators. User must flash a non operator banded ROM on the device prior to unlock it. We do not provide instructions on how to flash a different ROM. Do not purchase if your phone is running the default japanese operator's ROM.
You then simply use your phone's keypad to enter the unlock code we will provide and your phone is SIM unlocked!
